Terry joined the Peace Church Compliance Program in June 2015, with 30 years of long-term and post-acute care services in both the for-profit and not-for profit sectors. Her background includes Operations, Acquisitions and Integration, Human Resources and Regulatory Compliance. She most recently worked as the Senior Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Compliance and Acquisitions for a Pennsylvania organization with 23 communities encompassing 2,400 lives. Previous experience includes Regional Director of Operations for a multi-state organization supporting both long-term and assisted living communities. She also served as a Nursing Home Administrator for more than ten years, with a focus on operational turnaround, quality improvement and strategic leadership.

Terry’s areas of expertise include Corporate Compliance, Organizational Management, Quality Care Initiatives, Strategic Planning, Human Resources and Labor Relations. Her areas of focus include development of risk management policies and procedures and assessment/audit tools for long-term care high-risk areas in a continuing care retirement community setting and providing education and training for all levels of staff and residents. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Eastern University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Health Management from Drexel University.
