Marsha Wesley Coleman is an organizational development practitioner and executive coach. In her role with FSA, she designs educational programs for employees in member organizations and works with leadership teams to assess and diagnose issues impacting organizational performance and design strategies to improve performance at individual, group and organizational system levels.  Marsha also facilitates and manages FSA peer groups including Human Resources, Admissions/Marketing, Development, Resident Services and Technology. 

Prior to joining FSA, Marsha worked with the Renaissance Initiative within the School District of Philadelphia doing Leadership Development for parent advisory group members. Marsha also worked with the Collaborative Leadership Project, an organization that provides cooperative learning experiences for nonprofit leaders.

Marsha has more than 20 years’ experience with a number of companies including KPMG and Black Entertainment Television (BET). She also has a passion for mentoring and was the administrator for the L. Patrick Mellon Mentorship Program for the National Association for Multi-ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC), a nonprofit trade organization focusing on diversity.

She is an adjunct professor in the Organizational Development and Leadership Program at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). Marsha's education includes an M.S. in Organizational Development and Leadership from PCOM, M.B.A. from Penn State University and B.A. in Mass Media Arts from Hampton University. She is certified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and other individual and group assessment instruments and is an active member of the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science and the Organizational Development Network.
