Introduction to Quakerism

This program provides a basic history of Quakerism, its core beliefs, values and testimonies.  This information can help employees understand ways in which these values and beliefs are universal; understand how Quaker testimonies shed light on Quaker-inspired organizational approaches to our work with the human family; understand how Quaker beliefs and testimonies influence Quaker approaches to decision-making and problem-solving; and discuss how Quaker decision-making processes can be used in day-to-day work in your organization.

Facilitated by:

  • Deborra Sines Pancoe, Associate Director, Friends Council on Education
  • Marsha Wesley Coleman, Director of Leadership Development and Training, FSA
