Apply here, or contact Marsha Wesley Coleman.

How many people from each organization can apply?
FSA encourages each member organization to send in nominations. However, in order to maintain a diverse group and maximize each attendee's experience, we ask that you limit application to one per FSA member organization per cohort.

What is the selection process once an application has been submitted?
Applications will be reviewed by FSA Leadership Institute staff. All submissions are confidential.

What is the tuition, and what does it include?
Tuition is $3,750 and includes all meals during workshops, accommodations and materials. Travel expenses to the meetings are the responsibility of the member organization. Tuition checks should be made payable to FSA, 670 Sentry Parkway, Ste. 120, Blue Bell, PA 19422.

Funds are available for tuition and travel stipends in cases of documented financial need. Contact FSA for more information.

What is the Cancellation Policy for the FSA Leadership Institute?
Each professional who is accepted to the Leadership Institute is an important part of the cohort experience. Application and acceptance into the program indicates commitment to the session schedule. Should a situation arise that prevents attendance, cancellations must be submitted to Marsha Coleman. After this date, an organization is permitted to nominate another employee to take the place of an accepted applicant. However, due to the fees associated with accommodations, space rental, meals and materials, cancellations after February 19, 2021 and no-shows will be billed the full cost of the workshop. We thank you for your understanding.

Can local participants commute each day to the sessions?
We ask that all participants stay overnight at Chubb Conference Center to minimize distractions, attend scheduled evening events and promote bonding within the cohort.

What is the process for receiving graduate credits for the program?
As part of a special relationship between FSA and Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine's (PCOM) Master of Science in Organizational Development and Leadership Program (MS-ODL), PCOM will offer six credits of advanced standing into the MS-ODL degree program for participants who: 1. successfully complete the FSA Leadership Institute; 2) possess a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college; 3) successfully complete all admissions requirements, including an interview with the MS-ODL program leadership team; 4) fully complete the necessary competency evaluation forms to receive advanced standing. In tuition dollars, this would amount to a discount of approximately $4,500 toward the full MS-ODL degree. In addition, PCOM is accredited by the Commission on Higher Education of the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools, the accreditation body for institutions of higher education in Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. This means participants in the Management Series and FSA Leadership Institute enrolled in academic programs other than PCOM may request documentation of PCOM's credit approval through the FSA office and seek credits at the institution in which they are enrolled.
